« Zurück zum IndexDDP (Delivered Duty Paid) represents the seller’s maximum obligation under Incoterms® 2020. The seller delivers to the named place of destination and bears all costs and risks – including import clearance, duties and import taxes.
The buyer only has to unload the goods. DDP suits any mode of transport but carries tax and customs risk for the seller in the country of import.
