Was bedeutet der Begriff "Transfer of Risk"?
« Zurück zum IndexThe transfer of risk is the point in time from which the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes from the seller to the buyer. Exactly where this point lies is governed by the Incoterms – for example at handover to the carrier under FCA, or on board the vessel at the port of shipment under CIF. The transfer of risk is independent of who bears the costs.
